1.These Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services of Green Tree Brands SIA. With the acceptance of the offer these terms and conditions are accepted by the customer.
2.The offers issued by Green tree Brands are non-binding. The offer considered accepted by by e-mail confirmation.
3.The prices on gtbrands.eu does not include VAT and import duties. Prices include only design development, production cost and shipping fee within the EU.
5.After customer approves the picture of pre-production sample, order considered to be confirmed and no refunds are issued unless socks are made with design errors.
6.The specified delivery times are indicative and are without guarantee.
7.Production time starts from the moment the customer approves pre-production sample and payment has been received at our bank account. Green Tree Brands SIA disclaims any liability due to delivery delays. The customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract due to delivery delay.
8.Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchange for custom made socks are not accepted.
9.Deviations from colors and patterns can not be 100% excluded.
10.Sizes are indicative and may vary slightly. Socks may have different stretchability depending on the design and materials used. Knitting technique is subject to the size tolerance for woven textiles. With the order confirmation, the customer accepts this tolerance.
11.Defects in the goods delivered by Green Tree Brands SIA should be reported within 7 days after receipt of the goods and communicated by e-mail. After this period goods to be regarded as free of defects and therefore considered accepted.
12.Defects or damages due to force majeure are excluded from the warranty.
13.Green Tree Brands SIA is entitled to publish pictures of produced products for advertising purposes online and offline.
14.Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions or other agreements between the customer and Green Tree Brands SIA prove to be invalid or unenforceable, the entire contractual relationship will not be invalidated, but the relevant provisions shall be reasonably replaced by legally valid ones.
15.Changes in these Terms and Conditions are possible at any time without prior notice and they apply to every order at that time.
